Tommy

There are plenty of websites about motherhood. Like Babble, I suppose, which likes to pretend it's inclusive, but instead treats dads like anthropological curiosities. Now, if you're really interested in reading stuff dads write, Life of Dad now features a growing number of cool dads who write about everything and about nothing. So far, after a couple of guest posts by me, I consider myself responsible for the nothing part. My posts include one that got 174 Facebook Likes, because people love lawn-mowing related posts, or maybe because I included this picture of Khal Drogo:

Life of Dad has always had a lot to offer, but now, with the guest posts, featured interviews, and members' "man caves," Life of Dad is quickly becoming a real community for fathers.

  2. You used my photo after I've mowed the lawn! Without my permission, too!

Truth: I've NEVER mowed any lawn!

    1. Oh no... Looks like you've got some oil stains on your chest. You should really consider moving into electric mowers.

  4. Tommy rules! I love writing at Life of Dad because it gives me a new venue to talk about Dad things that I might not normally post on my own page.

    Great Feature Oren!

  5. Oren...I'm just catching up right now, after a crazy week, but thank you so much!!! A pleasure having you over there, and clearly, whenever you want to write about your lawn, you know the place. I think this comment might get 200 likes, b/c I said "Oren" and "lawn" in the same sentence now.

  7. Don't know why the "REPLY" option sometimes doesn't work. Blogger!!!

CanadianDad + Tommy, I'm almost ready to write a beautiful post about the show 24. Maybe "beautiful" is not the right word. "Redundant" is more to the point.

James, why not? They're all friendly-ish.
