I've already written about Chris, but since he's the nicest man on the Internet, and since he stopped writing on his blog, Stay At Home Dad in Lansing, and since he's now concentrating his efforts on a very unique website, I thought I should do my bit to give the site a little more exposure.
The new blog, Book Dads, mainly reviews books that show dads in a positive light, but also does giveaways (I've just entered into a new Dav Pilkey book giveaway, and I plan on winning), guest posts, and now features a header with a rotating image of dads reading to their kids. It's really a great resource for book lovers who want to do what they can to turn their kids into ones as well.

Dads like you make me proud that I am already one. You increase my pride and other fathers' pride of being a homemaker.
ReplyDeleteIt also makes us wives proud if we got good husbands like you guys that we can turn to despite all of life's challenges.
ReplyDeleteI'm proud to say that I'm one of those "Good husbands" :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulation for the new website. I bet it's going to be successful like this blog. I think I like the concept of your new blog especially, dads reading to their kids feature. Good luck with your new endevour.
ReplyDeleteFirst time visitor- If this is the same Chris I am thinking of, he is a great guy and I'm sure Book Dads will be highly successful!

I think the concept is great. If we can have a site with reviews like this for ebooks then they will get promoted.
ReplyDeleteAnother Daddy blog to add to my list. :) Thanks!
ReplyDeleteA daddy who knows how to appreciate other daddies. Thanks Bloggerfather.
ReplyDeleteI can see that more and more dads are setting up a blog to share their thoughts on fatherhood and I'm sure their kids appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteI love his new webpage. I think there are so many great dads out there who don't get the recognition they deserve.
